Meet Your Hosts

Meet your hosts Martin and Bernadette Creutz lechleitner who share their passion for a Healthy Lifestyle & the Natural Horsemanship philosophy based on the ancient wisdom of original peoples and Equus (the horse).

Martin & Bernadette (Bernie) Creutz Lechleitner moved to Kamloops BC, from Holland over 25 years ago. Bernie grew up on a dairy farm, but found her way into both the music and health and fitness industries over a number of years. Meanwhile, Martin was becoming an expert in the restaurant industry. He eventually specialized in locally sourced fresh Ranch meals and Vegan & Vegetarian Cuisine. Martin soon became an ambassador for a Healthy Lifestyle. After moving to Kamloops the pair owned and operated the successful Amsterdam pancake house for many years, which is now owned by their son Jeroen and daughter in law Karina.

It was after buying their sprawling property outside of Kamloops that Bernie discovered natural horsemanship. She instantly knew she would only continue down the exciting path this new technique was laying out for her. Bernie and Martin were able to make their dream a reality. After compiling their various years of experience and expertise, they opened the doors of their guest ranch. Both are passionate in operating around the guiding principles of natural horsemanship.

In December 2020 Martin & Bernie moved their ranch to the Gold rush-Cariboo Country close to Cache Creek BC. They downsized the ranch to be able to offer internship students (max 3) an exclusive natural learning experience.

The ranch is nestled amidst open meadows, and timbered mountains with the Bonaparte river running through their property. Bernadette made sure the new ranch stays true to its roots, decorated in a classic, Western motif.
